Perched on a natural rock outcropping with sweeping 360° views of the Ranch and its breathtaking surroundings, the Old Winery Clubhouse & Guest Villa serves as the heart of community life at the Ranch. This inviting space is designed for relaxation, connection, and celebration.
Homeowners enjoy exclusive access to a variety of amenities, including a fitness room, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, horseshoe pit, and a pickleball court. The Clubhouse also features a wood-fired pizza oven and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen—ideal for hosting meetings, wine tastings, reunions, and other intimate gatherings.

The Tuscan Stables
Nestled in the heart of the Ranch and thoughtfully designed to reflect its Tuscan-inspired architecture, the Tuscan Stables sit just below the Old Winery Clubhouse & Guest Villa. This scenic location offers direct access to private canyons, scenic trails throughout the property, and the breathtaking landscapes of nearby Smith Rock State Park.
Beyond its equestrian charm, the Stables serve as a distinctive outdoor venue for weddings and events, comfortably accommodating 200+ guests. Just steps away, a handcrafted tree-branch corral—framed by sweeping views of the iconic Monkey Face rock formation—provides a stunning natural backdrop for unforgettable ceremonies.

Ranch at the Canyons is a private, non-profit, working ranch and farm spanning 1,700 acres. This gated residential community, with only 46 exclusive landholdings, is set along two miles of the Crooked River at the base of Smith Rock State Park. Homeowners enjoy the peaceful rhythm of agricultural life—without the work—thanks to dedicated ranch management and local farmers.
Landholdings range from 4 to 13.75 acres and include mutual ownership of the entire property. Ideally situated in the heart of Central Oregon, the Ranch offers panoramic views of the towering Cascade Range, the desert canyons of Smith Rock, two miles of the Crooked River, and more than a dozen lakes scattered throughout the landscape. Residents enjoy exclusive access to the Old Winery Clubhouse and Guest Villa, the Tuscan Stables, and Monkey Face Vineyard.
The Cavallo Equestrian Center provides space for horse lovers, with a 10-stall barn available to accommodate residents' horses.
In addition to 600 acres of active farmland, more than 500 acres of the Ranch are permanently protected by the Deschutes Land Trust—preserved for wildlife habitat and your enjoyment. These conservation lands are home to elk, deer, hawks, bald eagles, and other wildlife, as well as 16 ponds (some stocked with trout). The property offers endless opportunities for fly-fishing, hiking, biking, and other outdoor adventures.
