Dear friends,

Spring has arrived at Ranch at the Canyons, and we’re making lots of progress on many fronts. Several landholders are completing and moving into their new Ranch villas. Monkey Face vineyard is budding. The Old Winery Clubhouse is progressing rapidly, and landholders
will soon be able to savor and share this special gathering place for many years and generations.

We have an exciting array of wine, art and history appreciation events planned for the summer, spring and fall. The lineup is attached. Please know that you and your guests are welcome any time at the Ranch.

News from the Ranch

The Old Winery Clubhouse is now framed through the second story. The design of this unique building reaffirms our conviction that its quality and character will honor the high architectural standards of the Ranch. We’ve traveled the world for furniture and interior décor to compliment the Tuscan/Napa style architecture, and we’re giving you a sneak peak of the results through computer-generated renderings on the back of this newsletter. We’ll soon have a DVD to preview the gorgeous Dining Room,Wine Tasting Room, Tuscan Kitchen, Reception Room and Atrium Courtyard, where landholders will surely share festive moments and create lasting memories.

Our agreement with The Deschutes Land Basin is now complete.Together,we have created a plan to permanently protect 550 acres bordering Smith Rock State Park.We couldn’t be more delighted that this land will remain preserved in its natural state forever, and will be available for recreational use exclusively to our landholders, who appreciate its beauty and meaning.

Home on the Ranch

Landholders continue to welcome new neighbors. The Beldens have moved into Tears of Stone, their classic Tuscan-style villa that has gorgeous views of Red Rock Canyon and the Crooked River. Meantime, construction is underway on three lovely new villas: Coombs’ #8, Hoffman’s #15 and Bremmer’s #17.

Our agents, Cushman & Tebbs Southeby’s International Realty, have opened a new office in Bend’s Old Mill District, and several broker events have taken place or are planned for the near future. Please contact Laura Curry to schedule a visit to the Ranch, or visit our website at www.ranchatthecanyons.com.
