There is a lot of buzz around Bend lately. More flights are being added to the Redmond/Bend airport, including a new nonstop service from Los Angeles on
Horizon Air starting August 1. Bend is also making lists nationwide. It was the only Oregon community named in the January 20 edition of Kiplinger as one of the “Best Locations for Start-ups,” and the Milken Institute ranked Bend second in the nation in its “Best Performing Cities Index,” citing the exceptional growth in jobs, salaries and technology output.

With Bend only 30-minutes away,we are thrilled with the nationwide recognition our area is receiving. We strive to offer our landholders a harmonic balance between the natural wonders of these 1,700 acres and the excitement of a growing city nearby. Perhaps Where to Retire magazine summed it up best when it noted,“Ranch at the Canyons offers a variety of unique amenities for residents.”

Home on the Ranch

The Orchards villa is near completion.This lovely new home, built by a couple from Florida, reflects the Tuscan/Napa-style architecture flowering at the Ranch.
