Mick Humphreys

Mr. Humphreys is best known as the developer of the award-winning Vintage Club and Tom Fazio Golf Courses in Indian Wells, California. Mick is from an Oregon pioneer family and has a lifelong interest in golf, dog training and fly-fishing.

With 36 holes of golf, The Vintage Club was ranked among America's Top 100 golf facilities by Golf Digest magazine, and is widely regarded as one of the most exclusive properties in the nation.

Jim Gardner

Jim is well known for developing the historic Vandervert Ranch in Central Oregon. A 400 acre preservation ranch overlooking the Little Deschutes River, Vandervert has been nationally recognized in "Architectural Digest" magazine. An honors graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School, he served as Lecturer at Harvard College and as Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School. He began his career with the Ford Foundation, serving as Program Officer and as Country Representative in the Caribbean and Brazil. Jim's many interests include fly-fishing, sketching and design. Vandevert Ranch is an historically influenced 400-acre development that overlooks the Little Deschutes River.

Based in Portland, Oregon, PacTrust joins as a partner in this vision. Formed in 1972, PacTrust has in excess of $1 billion in gross assets under management, making it one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest real estate developers and investment property owners.
